RECIPE FOR SUCCESS (CALABAR CUISINES)
Calabar is a city in the southern part of Nigeria.

It is said and proven in Africa that Calabar cuisines are the best. Is it our traditional soups (Afang, Edika-ikong, afia efere, etc.) or our pottage (ekpang nkuwko) or our unripe plantain porridge? All five of them were based in Lagos but Rita was based in calabar. Fortunately she got

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS (ACQUIRED TASTE)
I decided to take down an earlier post; WHY LESS/UNTALENTED ARTISTES SUCCEED MORE THAN THE TALENTED ONES (1); and rewrite it as the second post in my RECIPE FOR SUCCESS series.
Ever heard of acquired taste in food? well let me brief you.
One time Bez (The musician) had a gig at Alliance Francaise in Ikoyi (I think) and I

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS (THE PERFECT GOLDEN-BROWN DODO)
To fry the perfect golden-brown dodo:
